Zeldovich integrator does not work

The zeldovich integrator (relevant code in include/fastpm/cosmology/timestepper.hpp and drivers/zeldovich_integrator.cu) does not work - but I think it would be super easy to make it work, I think I just don't know enough physics to figure out what I am doing wrong.
