* Fixed a race condition where a K-accounting record could be missed if a
reservation was manually removed as it was ending.
* Reservation accounting records have had numerous fields added.
* cluster_systems now respect the --attrs location attribute with a
','-delimited list of nodes.
* Job running location has been removed from Cobalt email subject lines. Large
jobs would cause the subject line to exceed the maximum permitted length and
could cause the email to be dropped.
